Last week Dyn spent some time out on the West Coast meeting with clients, prospects, partners and friends. We like to try and get out to the Bay Area at least twice per month as a growing number of our client base calls this technology hub home.
The highlight of the trip was a networking event put on by a partner company of Dyn called Silent Partner. Along with NTT and Switch and Data, Silent Partner hosted a suite at the San Francisco Giants game. 50 people from companies like Facebook, Netflix, Wikia, Scribd, Weebly, Infoblox, Justin.tv, Trulia and Stumbleupon came to share in solid conversation, intimate networking, food and drink. Dyn Inc. was psyched to host a spontaneous DynTini pre-game event at Acme Chophouse and really set the table for a great night.
Not only did Silent Partner hit it out of the park with the turnout and awesome time had by all, but the Giants won the game with a three-run homer in the bottom of the 8th inning. The home crowd was pumped, although I never knew anyone cared about the National League, anyway (Go Sox!).
We’re more than happy to plug companies who are dedicated and passionate to their core, while remaining focused on “real” relationships with clients, partners, prospects and friends. Silent Partner provides Internet connectivity and colocation services that make their clients more profitable. If you’re looking for a company to help you scale your infrastructure and give it to you straight, you should hit them up to partner.
