MANCHESTER, NH Dyn today announced the release of MailHop Version 2.0. This latest version increases capacity for the MailHop servers by more than 400% and significantly improves the proprietary queuing mechanism used for mail delivery. This will considerably increase the capacity and reliability of the product, ensuring email is delivered when and where it needs to be.
“With this version, we have migrated MailHop to an extremely scalable platform,” said Tom Daly, CTO. “With the systems we have in place, we are able to rapidly adjust our network to allow our growing customer base access to the high quality of products they have come to expect from us.”
This latest version includes updates to MailHop Backup MX, MailHop Relay, and MailHop Forward, three of Dyn’s email products. Existing MailHop customers should visit the DynDNS system status page for more detailed information.
Dyn provides consumer and enterprise DNS and email solutions to more than 2 million users through its popular DynDNS and Dynect platforms.
