Manchester, NH (October 15, 2013) – Dyn, the worldwide leader in Internet performance solutions, announced that VP of Engineering Chris Griffiths has been elected to the board of the Domain Name System Operations Analysis and Research Center (DNS-OARC) for a two-year term.
DNS-OARC is a non-profit membership organization comprised of DNS operators, researchers, and security professionals that seek to improve the security, stability, and understanding of the Internet’s DNS infrastructure.
The board is comprised of member organization individuals who are elected for a two-year term and who focus on continuing the advancement of DNS-OARCs mission by focusing on the continued development of the organization through research and data sharing, member recruitment, and financial and budgetary oversight.
“I am looking forward to advancing OARCs mission and growing it to be a leading voice in the DNS and Internet industry,” Griffiths said.
Griffiths joined Dyn in the summer of 2013, coming from Comcast where he was the Director of High-Speed Internet and New Business Engineering.
