DNS Provider Announces the Formation of the Thought Leader Council at the Telx CBX 2009 Event in NYC
NEW YORK, NY — Dynamic Network Services Inc. (Dyn Inc.), the rapidly growing DNS provider from Manchester, NH, works hard to give its customers what they want and need.
And as a result, those customers work hard to give a little something back… a little TLC.
Today at the Telx Customer Business Exchange (CBX) 2009 event in New York City, Dyn Inc. announced that it has created the Thought Leader Council (TLC), a prestigious group chosen not just because they represent companies who do incredible work, but because they have been an essential part of Dyn Inc.’ s evolution. Dyn Inc.’s TLC provides feedback and advice on the company’s technology and services, and gives recommendations based on what actual people in the industry want and need.
“The people on the TLC are technology experts we trust immensely. They are an important part of Dyn Inc.’s growth, as many of them have been with us since we first began as a little company working out of an apartment,” said Kyle York, Director of Sales and Marketing of Dyn Inc. “We know that at any time, if we want to bounce an idea off of any of these people, we can pick up the phone and they’ll give us an honest opinion. I believe they are an integral part of our tremendous success, and more so, our future.”
Dyn Inc. TLC members include Jeremy LaTrasse of Twitter, Mark Imbriaco of 37signals, Randy Bias of neoTactics, Brandon Mason of AudienceScience, Andy Piggott of Incutio, Rob Novak of Trulia, Lenny Tropiano of Homeaway, Inc., Doug Smart of WhippleHill, Kevin Chu of Digitaria and Elad Efraim of eXelate Media. The goal is to keep the group diverse and fluid to ensure its members are always engaged.
“As a long time Dyn Inc. customer, we know how much energy they put into listening to their customers. The creation of the TLC takes that a step further by giving them an open invitation to get our feedback at any time,” said Mark Imbriaco, System Administrator at 37signals. “The end result is that we get a better service, not just for TLC members, but for all Dyn Inc. customers. It’s a win for everyone involved.”
“It’s really a win-win for all of us. We have the perfect platform to sound-off on what we think could improve tools or general operations for all Dyn Inc. users, and we benefit from those improvements suggested as Dyn Inc. customers ourselves,” said Brandon Mason, VP of Technology at AudienceScience. “Dyn Inc. takes personal relationships very seriously, and we are proud to be their trusted partners as they take the DNS world by storm.”
