Q2 Update- Dynect Earning Respect: Squarespace, Meetup, Bit.ly, HomeAway, Yum! Brands, Teavana and Others Partner with Dyn Inc.
It’s been a phenomenal quarter thus far for new clients signing onto the Dynect Platform. Actually, it’s been a heck of a year. It feels like every day another legit company decides to point their domains to our trusted name servers.
The managed DNS industry has been taken by storm by Dyn Inc. as companies continue to feel more comfortable with Dynect’s technology, network and client roster. Competitors can no longer say that Dyn Inc. has only had an enterprise service for a few months, or that Dynect is just a spinoff of the consumer brand DynDNS (totally disparate networks), or that Dyn Inc. doesn’t have the big name clients to challenge their network and use as references. The days of slanted competitive bias and premium managed DNS monopolization are gone. It’s now an even playing field to sink or swim. We like our chances.
We credit this growth to our clients completely. Those who decided to go against the mentality of the 1980’s, “Nobody ever got fired for choosing IBM,” and have faith in a company that decided to aggressively and formidably go after the 800 pound gorilla. The technology sells itself, but the commitment to building relationships with each client, large and small, doesn’t hurt. We’re just scratching the surface.
When we say, “Names in lights,” we refer to the importance of talking about the great clients who trust us to manage their core DNS infrastructure. Without our rock solid offering, their businesses wouldn’t be as successful as they are. Truthfully, they’d be at risk. When clients like: Twitter, 37Signals, Trulia, BlueTie, Joyent, BT and more took the leap, many more followed confidently. This quarter alone has seen big name clients like: AudienceScience, Yum! Brands, Squarespace, Meetup, Greenpeace UK, Bit.ly, HomeAway, and Teavana turn to Dynect.
This is just the beginning as the pipeline is full, the big names are bigger, and the future is as bright as we could wish for. Now is a good time to join the party.
