When we work with users to troubleshoot problems, it can be tricky to communicate without using the same tool. Especially for Windows users who do not have dig installed by default. (There is a dig for Windows which is free to download). To make things easier, we have created a web based DNS query tool which also supports direct links to queries. Hope you find it useful.
