We had a lot of fun last week at O’Reilly’s Open Source Conference, learning new things from industry leaders in open source technology and meeting plenty of DynDNS.com and Dynect platform customers. After giving ourselves a bit of time to settle from the energetic conference, our team has succinctly summarized their experiences at OSCON 2009 on our Dynamic Discourse journal here.
We can’t rest long, though, as we’ve got a busy schedule ahead of us. While we won’t be bringing the booth with us this month, we’ll be attending the following events in August:
- HostingCon 2009: The world’s largest conference and trade show for the hosted service industry (August 10-12 in Washington, DC)
- NGDC: Next Generation Data Center: Dyn Inc.’s CEO/CFO Jeremy Hitchcock will be speaking at this conference on flexibility, scalability and performance in data centers (August 12-13 in San Francisco, CA)
- The Regional Gathering of ICANN-Accredited Registrars and gTLD Registries: An aptly-named conference for domain name registrars and registry operators (August 21-22 in Toronto, ON)
With a lineup like this, there’s a little something for everyone, and we hope to see you during our cross-continental travels. If you can’t make it to the conferences in August, check our Events and Speaking Engagements calendar here for our many upcoming events in September and October.
