The Dynect Platform is deployed on top of a global IP network, consisting of 14 facilities and connectivity from a mix of Tier 1 Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The network has been split into two diverse constellations, A and B, to provide active-active failover between constellations in the event of catastrophic failure. Within each constellation, we distribute traffic to multiple datacenters, providing global active-active load balancing using the Anycast routing technique. This network allows Dyn Inc. to offer its customers a world-renowned level of service and reliability.
