As we all know, tonight was Super Bowl 44 in the United States. After an amazing recovery from behind, the New Orleans Saints took the game 31 to 17 over the Indianapolis Colts. During the course of the game, Dyn Inc.'s own network operations team was standing by to monitor the health of the Internet as a whole, and how our DNS operations ran throughout the event. Since we have some huge brands and companies using our DNS platforms, we wanted to put in the effort to make sure things were running smoothly.

This 3rd party site's objective appears to be to about "comparing facts, numbers, statistics," with no spin, sales bias, marketing fluff, or the new term I recently learned, "marchitecture."

I was kicking around the World Wide Web this morning doing research on customer support, client services and account management and what companies are doing to “stand out”. In the end, what I reaffirmed for myself is that the “stand out” characteristics and attitudes of successful companies aren’t simply pinned down to client relations, but to companies overall operations, from the bottom up. Empowering staff to lead is what Dyn Inc. is all about.
