Dyn is happy to announce that in early-February, Director of DNS Engineering Andrew Sullivan was named to the Internet Architecture Board (IAB) for a term of two years, kicking off this March.
Sullivan is one of seven total members that include:
- Alissa Cooper
- Joel Halpern
- Dave Thaler
- Russ Housley
- Xing Li
- Eliot Lear
The IAB is a committee of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), a group that Dyn has supported for years via attendance at their events. The IAB has a slew of responsibilities that you can read about, but we’re excited for Andrew’s participation in this group.
“I’m humbled and honored that the NomCom has decided to select me, among the talented and highly qualified candidates, to serve the community on the Internet Architecture Board,” he said.
Many of Dyn’s employees take part in sitting on boards and contributing to fellow businesses and trade associations, especially our Executive Team.
