Andy Piggott – VP, Marketing
Andy leads a global team of 30 brand, content, event, analysis and development experts, charged with fortifying the company’s marketing efforts and enabling Dyn to internally focus growing those areas.
Prior to joining Dyn in September 2012, Andy was Managing Director for Incutio, a growth engine company located in the UK, that is best known for its expertise in content management, ecommerce, email marketing, search engine marketing, Internet infrastructure and enterprise sales. He remains on their board of directors.
He lives in Bedford, NH, with wife Jodie and daughter, Aurora.
Chris Griffiths – VP, Engineering
Chris leads the Labs team, the group responsible for developing next generation technologies, and the home base for efforts in Internet and infrastructure standards and policy development. He is an industry expert in the design and deployment of Internet technologies, and has managed several of the largest deployments of network services in the world.
Prior to joining Dyn, he was the Director of the High-Speed Internet and New Business Engineering organization at Comcast, the largest Internet service provider in the United States. He oversaw the design and architecture of Internet systems, services, and new business initiatives. This included managing the architecture and deployment of DNS, DOCSIS, Congestion Management, IPv6, WiFi, Broadband Home Security and Home Automation, as well as other business critical services within the company. Chris also works on Internet standards, and speaks regularly on operations and security best practices. He holds a bachelors degree from University of Delaware.
Chris was selected as the 2012 IETF Nomcom to be on the IETF Administrative Oversight Committee (IAOC), and was elected as the IETF Trust Chair and responsible to oversee the IETF trust responsibilities documented under RFC 5378. He is the ICANN Trusted Community Representative and Crypto Officer which is responsible for transparency of the DNS Root Key signing ceremony. Chris is member of the Board of Directors for the ISOC Philadelphia Chapter, Internet Society Advisory Council member, and the Customer Advisory Council member at A10 Networks.
Colleen Karpinsky – VP, Talent & Culture
As VP, Talent & Culture, Colleen and her skilled team build and drive the talent strategy for Dyn and deliver innovative human resource support and solutions that fuel the company’s growth aligned with the Talent team’s mantra of “Keeping Dyn Awesome.”
Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team, Colleen develops and implements strategies, programs, and guidelines (not policies) to support our talent and high performance culture founded on the principles of trust, passion, performance and respect. Colleen oversees all aspects of talent support and evolution, including acquisition and retention, rewards and recognition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and organizational and leadership development.
A recovering lawyer, Colleen’s background includes working as an employment attorney and HR Consultant at New Hampshire’s largest law firm and managing a diverse range of legal and employment matters internationally as U.S. Associate Counsel at Irving Oil Corporation. A graduate of Saint Anselm College, she earned her law degree at the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, graduating as a member of the school’s prestigious Woolsack Society for academic achievement. Active in the community, Colleen was recently recognized by New Hampshire’s Union Leader as a 40 Under Forty award recipient.
Colleen lives in Manchester.
Dave Allen – VP & General Counsel
Dave oversees Dyn’s legal team, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal matters. Dave is an alumnus of Nixon Peabody LLP, where he practiced in the Global Business Transactions and Private Equity groups. In private practice, he represented strategic and financial buyers and sellers of privately held businesses and served as outside general counsel to technology companies.
Dave has been recognized as a New England Super Lawyer, Rising Star each year from 2009-2013 by Law and Politics Magazine. He has been recognized by the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association and the Union Leader as one of Forty under 40 emerging leaders in the state.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Dave is active in the community, serving on several boards of directors and volunteering in various capacities.
Dave Connors – VP, Technical Operations
Dave joined Dyn in January 2013 as VP, Technical Operations. His primary role: leading the IaaS leader’s technical teams as they continue to scale in both the DNS & Email world.
Dave brings plenty of tech, innovation and business experience to Dyn with a heavy focus on leadership that drives profitable growth. He has over 20 years experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, high availability internet applications, business continuity planning and security — all key drivers of success at Dyn. Dave also has been instrumental in evolving agile operations and engineering, commonly referred to as DevOps.
Before coming to Dyn, Dave served as the VP of Operations at Constant Contact where he built SaaS operations from the ground up during his 8 1/2 years there. Before that, he was Director of ASP Operations at Revenio. Dave graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yale.
Joe Raczka – VP, Finance
As VP of Finance, Joe is responsible for planning, analysis, and reporting to help the company’s overall strategic direction, as well as playing a part in corporate development.
Prior to joining Dyn in August 2011 as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Joe spent five years in financial services before moving to the technology industry. He worked in NYC for four of those five years in various roles at Bloomberg, Pali Capital and Fidelity Investments.
Joe sits on the Board of Directors for the Manchester Boys and Girls Club, the finance committee for NH Catholic Charities and the Advisory School Board at Bishop Guertin High School. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Providence College in Rhode Island.
He, his wife Christy, and daughter Alexis, live in Bedford, NH.
Josh Delisle – VP, Worldwide Sales
Josh is responsible for worldwide growth and expansion in Dyn’s three sales offices in Manchester, NH, San Francisco, CA and Brighton, England. A veteran of sales for over a decade, Delisle joined the company as a Business Development Manager in October 2009 before promotions to Director Of Sales and later Senior Director of Worldwide Sales.
Prior to joining Dyn in October 2009, Delisle spent more than four years each at G4 Communications and Cognos (an IBM company) in various high-visibility sales roles. Delisle graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
Delisle is a board member for the Manchester Young Professionals Network (MYPN). He and wife Jennifer live in Auburn, NH, with their two children, Jackson and Julianna.
Matt Engel – VP, Business Development
Matt is responsible for expanding Dyn’s market position and driving revenue growth by fostering new business initiatives, driving key strategic partnerships and leading the corporate development efforts.
Prior to joining Dyn, Matt was a partner at Prism Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm, focused on software and services. Prior to working at Prism, Matt held finance and business development roles at GeoTrust, a SaaS provider of SSL and other trusted certificates, culminating in driving the $125M sale to VeriSign on the board’s behalf. Matt also serves on the board of directors for Sonian, a leading cloud-based SaaS archiving company.
Matt graduated from Villanova University and lives in Westwood, MA, with his wife Jen, two daughters, Avery and Reese, and son, Travis.
Matt Toy – VP, Client Services
After nearly a year as Director of Marketing, Matt was promoted to VP of Client Services, leading the effort in client happiness, retention and growth.
Prior to joining Dyn in 2011, Matt spent seven years at Bedford, NH, based Whipplehill Communications, reaching the position of Director of Client Services. Before entering the technology industry, Matt worked in financial services for such companies as Hutchens Investment Management, Mascoma Savings Bank and Fidelity Investments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from New England College in Henniker, NH.
Within the community, Matt is involved with both the Amherst Patriots and the Town of Amherst, New Hampshire, Recreation department. He is also on the Board of Advisors of Manchester, NH’s abi Innovation Hub.
Paul Mailhot – VP, Business Operations
Joining Dyn in November 2012, Paul is focused on ensuring that Dyn’s IT, facilities and internal systems are prepared for the company’s scaling.
A fixture in the New Hampshire high tech scene for years, the Central Connecticut State University graduate spent the past 19 years in various leadership positions at Autodesk, Inc. including Sales, Sales Management, Academic Programs, Learning and Training and Business Development.
He enjoys spending time with his three children and his wife and is passionate about technology, sports cars (Mustangs and German sports cars especially), music, golf and traveling.
