Every great company needs great senior leadership. Here’s a look at the day-to-day talent that keeps Dyn at the top of the IaaS world.
Andy Piggott – VP, Ecommerce & Marketing
Andy leads a global team of 20 brand, content, event, analysis and development experts, charged with fortifying the company’s ecommerce and online advertising efforts and enabling Dyn to internally focus growing those areas.
Prior to joining Dyn in September 2012, Andy was Managing Director for Incutio, a growth engine company located in the UK, that is best known for its expertise in content management, ecommerce, email marketing, search engine marketing, Internet infrastructure and enterprise sales. He remains on their board of directors.
He lives in Wrexham, United Kingdom, with wife Jodie and daughter, Aurora.
Colleen Karpinsky – VP, Talent
As VP, Talent, Colleen is responsible for Dyn’s legal and talent teams, bringing her human resources and legal background to ensure the company can attract and retain the best talent, preserve its great culture and continue to grow and foster good customer relationships through contract negotiation and transactional work.
Prior to joining Dyn, Colleen worked as a corporate transactional and employment law attorney at New Hampshire’s largest law firm and as in-house counsel to Irving Oil Corporation. A graduate of Saint Anselm College, she earned her law degree at the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, graduating as a member of the school’s prestigious Woolsack Society for academic achievement.
While currently the Vice-Chair of the Manchester Young Professionals’ Network, Colleen has also served as a Community Investment Volunteer for the Heritage United Way, a volunteer and mentor for Team in Training (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) and as a committee member for the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Workplace Initiative Against Domestic Violence. Colleen lives in Manchester.
Dave Connors – VP, Technical Operations
Dave joined Dyn in January 2013 as VP, Technical Operations. His primary role: leading the IaaS leader’s technical teams as they continue to scale in both the DNS & Email world.
Dave brings plenty of tech, innovation and business experience to Dyn with a heavy focus on leadership that drives profitable growth. He has over 20 years experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, high availability internet applications, business continuity planning and security — all key drivers of success at Dyn. Dave also has been instrumental in evolving agile operations and engineering, commonly referred to as DevOps.
Before coming to Dyn, Dave served as the VP of Operations at Constant Contact where he built SaaS operations from the ground up during his 8 1/2 years there. Before that, he was Director of ASP Operations at Revenio. Dave graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yale.
Dave Lemaire – VP, Technology
After nearly a decade at Eastern Mountain Sports, Dave came to Dyn as the Director of Email and was responsible for stability, scalability, growth and development of the email delivery platform. Promoted to VP of Technology, he oversees product line technology and supporting infrastructure for both DNS and Email Delivery.
After 13 years in manufacturing, he started as a system admin at a small dot.com on the wrong side of the bubble. The self-taught programmer later moved to a local ISP as a web app developer and eventually found himself in a system admin position at Eastern Mountain Sports. Dave grew and expanded skills, responsibilities and titles, ultimately ending up as their IT Director.
Dave has an Associates Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and lives in Antrim, NH, with his wife and enjoys spending time with his two stepchildren and granddaughter.
Joe Raczka – VP, Finance
As VP of Finance, Joe is responsible for planning, analysis and reporting to help the company’s overall strategic direction, as well as playing a part in corporate development.
Prior to joining Dyn in August 2011 as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Joe spent five years in financial services before moving to the technology industry. Joe worked in NYC for four of those five years in various roles at Bloomberg, Pali Capital and Fidelity Investments.
Joe sits on the Board of Directors for the Manchester Boys and Girls Club, the finance committee for both NH Catholic Charities and Bishop Guertin High School and alpine ski racing coach at Windham High School. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Providence College in Rhode Island.
Joe and wife Christy live in Bedford, NH.
Josh Delisle – VP, Worldwide Sales
Josh is responsible for worldwide growth and expansion in Dyn’s three sales offices in Manchester, NH, San Francisco, CA and London, England. A veteran of sales for over a decade, Delisle joined the company as a Business Development Manager in October 2009 before promotions to Director Of Sales and later Senior Director of Worldwide Sales.
Prior to joining Dyn in October 2009, Delisle spent more than four years each at G4 Communications and Cognos (an IBM company) in various high-visibility sales roles. Delisle graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
Delisle is a board member for the Manchester Young Professionals Network (MYPN). He and wife Jennifer live in Auburn, NH, with their two children, Jackson and Julianna.
Matt Toy – VP, Client Services
After nearly a year as Director of Marketing, Matt was promoted to VP of Client Services, leading the effort in client happiness, retention and growth.
Prior to joining Dyn in 2011, Matt spent seven years at Bedford, NH, based Whipplehill Communications, reaching the position of Director of Client Services. Before entering the technology industry, Matt worked in financial services for such companies as Hutchens Investment Management, Mascoma Savings Bank and Fidelity Investments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from New England College in Henniker, NH.
Within the community, Matt is involved with both the Amherst Patriots and the Town of Amherst, New Hampshire, Recreation department. He is also on the Board of Advisors of Manchester, NH’s abi Innovation Hub.
Paul Mailhot – VP, Business Operations

Joining Dyn in November 2012, Paul will focus on ensuring that Dyn’s IT, facilities and internal systems are prepared for the scaling we are doing as a company.
A fixture in the New Hampshire high tech scene for years, the Central Connecticut State University graduate spent the past 19 years in various leadership positions at Autodesk, Inc. including Sales, Sales Management, Academic Programs, Learning and Training and Business Development.
Paul has worked alongside Dyn co-founder Tom Daly on the NH High Technology Council as a member of its Board of Directors and is also one of the earliest members/supporters of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of New Hampshire.
He enjoys spending time with his three children and his wife and is passionate about technology, sports cars (Mustangs and German sports cars especially), music, golf and traveling.
Phil Akilade – EMEA Regional Director
As the EMEA Regional Director, Phil is responsible for managing Dyn’s Brighton, UK, office and the company’s global push within Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Phil brings 25 years of combined corporate sales, marketing and senior business management experience with companies like IBM, Compuware, Datamonitor and British Airways, as well as stints with a variety of startups. His most recent startup involved raising debt and equity funding for small and medium sized enterprises.
He is very active in the local Brighton alternative health community and swims regularly to keep fit. He and wife Marie live in Brighton with their two children, Sofia and Nyomi.
Scott Hilton – VP, Product
Scott is Dyn’s VP of Product, responsible for the management, marketing, strategy, road map and business performance for the industry-leading Dyn portfolio of web speed, uptime and email delivery products.
A Duke University undergrad with a Master in Science of Electrical Engineering degree from George Mason University, Scott has spent 15+ years in high-ranking roles at various technical companies including SpringTide Networks, Lucent Technologies, 3com and Sycamore Networks. At Sycamore, Scott was VP & GM of Mobile Broadband Solutions, responsible for establishing a new business unit, and development and launch of a new content optimization product into the mobile broadband market.
Scott is married with two children, active in his community and an avid soccer (football) player. He is also a military veteran, having served as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy.
