Jeremy Hitchcock – Chief Executive Officer/Chairman
Jeremy leads the senior management team by setting the
company’s strategic direction and driving the product vision.
Jeremy cofounded Dyn as a student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2001. Over the years, he has has grown the company into a global Internet Performance leader working with the biggest brands on the web. Jeremy’s many achievements as a CEO earned him recognition as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist and numerous Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Fast 500 rankings.
In addition to his work at Dyn, Jeremy is an angel investor and avid supporter of modern education. He currently sits on the boards of Southern New Hampshire University and the Community College System of New Hampshire, and was a leading voice behind the pioneering STEAM Ahead NH initiative that is modernizing public education in New Hampshire. He is also founder of the Dyn Hackademy, educating the next generation of tech entrepreneurs.
He has written extensively on building ecosystems, running a bootstrapped and hyper-growth company, and education for publications like the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Forbes, Inc. Magazine, VentureBeat, and The Boston Globe.
He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Management Information Systems and lives in Manchester, NH, with wife, Liz, son, Matthew, daughter, Catherine, and son, Benjamin.
Gray Chynoweth – Chief Operating Officer

Gray is responsible for ensuring the company’s overall operational effectiveness. He also has day-to-day responsibility for the business operations, information systems and security, and talent and culture functions, in addition to playing an integral part in the company’s corporate development efforts. Gray began his Dyn career in 2007 after serving as outside legal counsel to the company starting in 2005.
Gray is also globally recognized as a leading voice on corporate culture and workforce development, having spoken and written on the subject extensively. He is one of the driving forces behind Dyn’s award winning culture and founder of Culture-Con, a conference that brings company and HR leaders together to talk about and improve workplace culture. Some of the workplace awards Dyn has won include WorldBlu’s Most Democratic Workplace, the Employment Leadership Award, and induction into the NH Employer of Choice Hall of Fame.
Gray’s dedication to building great institutions is not limited to Dyn, and involves his community and the Internet at-large. He has founded, led, and served as a board member on a long list of non-profit organizations including StayWorkPlay, whose mission is to attract and retain the next generation of New Hampshire talent, and ICANN’s Registrar Stakeholder Group, whose mission is to represent domain name registrars within the ICANN administrative framework.
He has a JD from Duke University School of Law, an MA in Public Policy from Duke University, and a BA in political science from the University of California–Berkeley, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Gray lives in Manchester, NH, with wife, Tara and son, Graham.
Timothy O’Toole – Chief Financial Officer

Timothy is responsible for the company’s financial, strategic, and long term vision. In this role, Tim has day-to-day responsibility for all finance and legal functions.
Having nearly 20 years of finance related experience, Tim has developed a speciality in driving growth and increasing shareholder value for both private and public companies through acquisitions, venture debt, preferred, and initial public offerings.
Prior to joining Dyn, Tim served as CFO of Rapid7, where he helped guide the company through 56% CAGR during his tenure and raised $52 million in venture capital. Prior to Rapid7, Tim served as CFO of Mzinga and held senior management roles at Bladelogic, which included guiding the company through its 2007 initial public offering.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University and was formerly licensed as a certified public accountant in Massachusetts. Tim lives in Wrentham, MA, with his wife, Dionne, and his kids, Kylie, Tady, Bronwyn and Roan.
Kyle York – Chief Revenue Officer

Kyle has led the overall sales, business development, customer service, and marketing efforts since 2008. He is responsible for the corporate strategy, branding, go-to-market and revenue planning behind Dyn’s rapid and aggressive year-over-year growth.
In addition to his efforts at Dyn, Kyle, who is an angel investor and entrepreneur, has played a major role in the establishment of New Hampshire as a vibrant technology and innovation ecosystem. He is a co-founder of music and brand alignment agency 1band 1brand, is chairman of Alpha Loft (New Hampshire’s most powerful and influential non-profit for entrepreneurship), and board member of Rock On Foundation, the charity of NBA player Matt Bonner and his brother, Luke.
Kyle is also an advisor and investor in several startups looking to scale like Fastly, Catchpoint, Sprint.ly, Distil, Datanyze and more — all Dyn clients and partners.
Kyle has been a speaker at many universities and at technology conferences throughout the world, such as Harvard, Bentley, Stetson, SNHU, The Next Web, Launch, Dublin Web Summit, HostingCon, and Interop.
He holds a BS in Marketing from Bentley University and lives in Bedford, NH, with wife, Katie and son, Henry.
Matt Larson – Chief Technology Officer

Matt leads technical innovation at Dyn. In addition, he oversees the engineering, labs and architecture teams and ensures that Dyn remains a leader in engineering excellence.
Matt is considered a thought leader within the DNS industry, and is an expert in protocol and operations. In 2000, he sold his own DNS consulting and training firm – Acme Byte & Wire LLC. He is also a published author, having co-written DNS on Windows Server 2003, DNS on Windows 2000 and DNS on Windows NT for the O’Reilly & Associates Nutshell Handbooks series with Cricket Liu. He also collaborates with Liu on the popular Ask Mr. DNS podcast.
In addition to his work at Dyn, Matt is an active member of the DNS community. He has contributed to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), served as chairman of the board of the DNS Operations, Analysis and Research Center (DNS OARC), served as vice-chair of ICANN’s Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC), and been a member of ICANN’s Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC).
He is a graduate of Northwestern University where he studied computer science and music, and lives in Bethesda, MD, with his wife, Sonja, his kids, Christian and Ilsa, and two pugs.
Scott Hilton – EVP, Product

Scott is responsible for the management, marketing,
strategy, roadmap and business performance for Dyn’s industry-leading portfolio of Internet performance solutions.
Scott specializes in driving growth strategies for product companies, having spent more than 15 years doing just that for SpringTide Networks, Lucent Technologies, 3com, and Sycamore Networks. At Sycamore, Scott was VP & GM of Mobile Broadband Solutions, responsible for establishing a new business unit, and development and launch of a new content optimization product into the mobile broadband market.
Scott is also an accomplished inventor and entrepreneur. He currently holds two patents in the network space — one for virtual private networks (VPN) automation and the other for mobile location-based services. He is also the founder of Spatial Adventures, a SaaS-based mobile tourism service.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and a Master in Science of Electrical Engineering degree from George Mason University. He is also a military veteran, having served as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy.
He lives in Groton, MA, with his wife and two children.
Senior Leadership Team
Cindy Brown – SVP, Worldwide Sales
Prior to joining Dyn, Cindy spent the past 12 years in senior leadership roles in sales and operations at Yahoo, most recently as VP of Ad Operations, where she oversaw nearly 300 people and a billion dollars in revenue per quarter.
Over her career she has developed an expertise in building, leading and scaling hyper-growth sales organizations, “operationalizing” business strategy with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Cindy lives in Pepperell, MA with her Husband and two sons.
Dave Allen – VP & General Counsel
Dave oversees Dyn’s legal team, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal matters. Dave is an alumnus of Nixon Peabody LLP, where he practiced in the Global Business Transactions and Private Equity groups. In private practice, he represented strategic and financial buyers and sellers of privately held businesses and served as outside general counsel to technology companies.
Dave has been recognized as a New England Super Lawyer, Rising Star each year from 2009-2013 by Law and Politics Magazine. He has been recognized by the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association and the Union Leader as one of Forty under 40 emerging leaders in the state.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Dave is active in the community, serving on several boards of directors and volunteering in various capacities.
Dave Connors – VP, Information Systems and Security
Dave is responsible for leading Dyn’s Information Systems and Security teams, which also include the network operations center (NOC), corporate IT and monitoring functions.
Before coming to Dyn, Dave served as the VP of Operations at Constant Contact where he built SaaS operations from the ground up during his 8 1/2 years there.
Dave brings plenty of tech, innovation, and business experience to Dyn with a heavy focus on leadership that drives profitable growth. He has over 20 years experience with large-scale infrastructure projects, high availability Internet applications, business continuity planning, and security — all key drivers of success at Dyn.
Katie Curtin-Mestre – VP, Marketing Communications
As VP of Marketing Communications, Katie is responsible for overseeing Dyn’s global brand and corporate communications efforts.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgetown University and a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. She lives in Westborough, Massachusetts with her husband, Ray; two kids, Yanelis and Camilo; nephew, Sebastian; and two dogs.
Josh Delisle – VP of Sales, North America
Josh is responsible for North American growth and expansion and leads Dyn’s largest sales team. A veteran of sales for over a decade, Delisle joined the company as a Business Development Manager in October 2009 before promotions to Director Of Sales and later Senior Director of Worldwide Sales.
Prior to joining Dyn in October 2009, Delisle spent more than four years each at G4 Communications and Cognos (an IBM company) in various high-visibility sales roles. Delisle graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
Delisle is a board member for the Manchester Young Professionals Network (MYPN). He and wife Jennifer live in Auburn, NH, with their two children, Jackson and Julianna.
Chris Griffiths – VP, Engineering
Chris leads the Engineering team, which is responsible for development, architecture, and deployment of Dyn software platforms, and is the home base for efforts in Internet and infrastructure standards and policy development. He is an industry expert in the design and deployment of Internet technologies, and has managed several of the largest deployments of network services in the world.
Prior to joining Dyn, Chris was the Director of High-Speed Internet and New Business Engineering at Comcast where he managed responsibility for the deployment of DNSSEC and IPv6 across all of Comcast’s network, which was recognized as being the first ISP to deploy these critical Internet infrastructure changes in the United States.
Colleen Karpinsky Cone – VP, Talent & Culture
As VP, Talent & Culture, Colleen and her skilled team build and drive the talent strategy for Dyn and deliver innovative human resource support and solutions that fuel the company’s growth aligned with the Talent team’s mantra of “Keeping Dyn Awesome.”
Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team, Colleen develops and implements strategies, programs, and guidelines (not policies) to support our talent and high performance culture founded on the principles of trust, passion, performance and respect. Colleen oversees all aspects of talent support and evolution, including acquisition and retention, rewards and recognition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and organizational and leadership development.
A recovering lawyer, Colleen’s background includes working as an employment attorney and HR Consultant at New Hampshire’s largest law firm and managing a diverse range of legal and employment matters internationally as U.S. Associate Counsel at Irving Oil Corporation. A graduate of Saint Anselm College, she earned her law degree at the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, graduating as a member of the school’s prestigious Woolsack Society for academic achievement. Active in the community, Colleen was recently recognized by New Hampshire’s Union Leader as a 40 Under Forty award recipient.
Colleen lives in Manchester with her husband, Rick.
Paul Mailhot – VP, Business Operations
Joining Dyn in November 2012, Paul leads Dyn’s Bizops team where he is focused on ensuring the company’s Project Management Office, Community Affairs and Procurement are prepared for future scaling. Additionally, Paul is in charge of Sales and Marketing Ops and Dyn’s Global offices.
A fixture in the New Hampshire high tech scene for years, the Central Connecticut State University graduate spent the past 19 years in various leadership positions at Autodesk, Inc. including Sales, Sales Management, Academic Programs, Learning and Training and Business Development.
He enjoys spending time with his three children and his wife and is passionate about technology, sports cars (Mustangs and German sports cars especially), music, golf and traveling.
Joe Raczka – VP, Corporate Development
As VP, Corporate Development, Joe supports all merger and acquisition activity, competitor and comparator analysis and Investor Relations. He collaborates closely with product, marketing & sales to ensure we’re well positioned for growth.
Joe was most recently the company’s VP, Finance. Prior to joining Dyn, Joe spent five years in financial services before moving to the technology industry. He worked in NYC for four of those five years in various roles at Bloomberg, Pali Capital and Fidelity Investments.
Joe sits on the Board of Directors for the Manchester Boys and Girls Club, the finance committee for NH Catholic Charities and the Advisory School Board at Bishop Guertin High School. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Providence College in Rhode Island.
He, his wife Christy, and daughter Alexis, live in Bedford, NH.
Matt Toy – VP, Customer Experience
As VP, Customer Experience, Matt focuses his attention on ensuring cross company alignment is always driven by what is best for our great customers.
Prior to joining Dyn in 2011, Matt spent seven years at Bedford, NH, based Whipplehill Communications, reaching the position of Director of Client Services. Before entering the technology industry, Matt worked in financial services for such companies as Hutchens Investment Management, Mascoma Savings Bank and Fidelity Investments. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from New England College in Henniker, NH.
Within the community, Matt is involved with both the Amherst Patriots and the Town of Amherst, New Hampshire, Recreation department. He is also on the Board of Advisors to Alpha Loft.
Josh Verrill – VP, Revenue Acquisition
As VP of Revenue Acquisition, Josh is responsible for overseeing demand generation and overall revenue conversion.
Prior to joining Dyn in 2013, as Director of E-commerce, Josh was VP, Business Development & Sales at Punchbowl.com. Ahead of Punchbowl, Josh spent 7 years as a member of the team that ran SmartBargains.com and founded Rue La La, a members and invitation-only shopping site. During his tenure, he oversaw customer acquisition and helped launch Rue Local into 9 cities across the U.S. Rue La La was acquired by GSI Commerce in 2009.
Along with his wife, Jess, Josh owns and operates Verrill Stables, a state of the art American Saddlebred training facility in Danville, New Hampshire. Josh is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he earned a degree in Marketing.
Ashton Peery – Managing Director, Renesys
Prior to becoming CEO of Renesys, the authority in Internet intelligence that was acquired by Dyn in 2014, Ashton Peery was CEO of Top10 Media, a social media business with several subsidiaries, each of which was acquired.
He is a former General Partner of Lucent Venture Partners, served as the Chief Strategy Officer and head of Business Development at Lucent Technologies, and was the Managing Director of GeoPartners Research, Inc., a thought-leading technology strategy consultancy.
He serves on the Boards of several early stage startups and a New Ventures incubator. Ashton holds an AB in Communications and an MBA, both with honors, from Harvard University.
He lives in Lincoln, MA with his wife, Kate, 3 horses, two cats, a dog and visiting children (young adults).
Martin Ryan – Managing Director of Asia Pacific
As the Managing Director of the APAC office in Sydney, Martin is responsible for leading Dyn’s strategy in the regional, as well as increasing the company’s market penetration.
Prior to joining Dyn, Martin was the CEO of content delivery platform MetaCDN where he led the company’s strategic and operational functions. Additionally, he has held executive positions at MIA (mobile content delivery), KACE (acquired by Dell) and WebCentral (acquired by Melbourne IT).
He specializes in leading domestic and international Cloud/SAAS/Mobile startup and emerging companies in Asia, USA and Europe.
Martin studied Electronic Engineering followed by a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology, Sydney.
He lives in Sydney with his wife Jacqueline, daughter Lauren, and twins Ellen & James.
Paul Heywood – Director, EMEA
As the Director, EMEA, Paul is responsible for effective execution of Dyn’s regional go to market strategy ensuring the growth and support of revenue within the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Dyn in September 2013, Paul was Head of New Business at Claranet Ltd, a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leading European Managed Service Provider. Paul specializes in working within fast growing technology organizations focused on the design and execution of effective revenue growth strategies.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Wales, Cardiff where he was a member of the Biomechanics PhD program. He lives in London.
