Jim brings over 25 years of experience growing and managing cutting edge technology businesses. As an operating executive, his career includes building highly successful organizations, bringing businesses to scale, IPO’s, and a multi-billion dollar exit. Jim is passionate about entrepreneurship and helping to build successful enterprises around exciting market opportunities. He is a Trustee at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and serves on the WPI School of Business’ Council of Strategic Advisers.
Jim previously served as President and CEO of data warehousing and analytics company Netezza. Throughout his tenure at Netezza, Jim brought his passion for building great teams that deliver disruptive technology solutions to market. In 2007, Jim worked to take Netezza public, leading it through 14 quarters of growth, ultimately driving the nearly $2B acquisition of Netezza by IBM in a 2010 transaction dubbed “the most disruptive acquisition of 2010″ by Information Week.
Jeremy Hitchcock cofounded Dyn as a student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2001 to build a directory of Internet devices for consumers, setting the ground work for what Dyn is today - an Internet performance management company. Dyn is the only company that can deliver the best Internet performance and security.
Jeremy’s many achievements as a CEO earned him and Dyn recognition as an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Fast 500 rankings. He has been featured in or written for the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, Forbes, Inc. Magazine, VentureBeat, Politico, and The Boston Globe. He has written extensively on building ecosystems, running a bootstrapped and hyper-growth company, developing talent and culture of high technology companies, and education.
He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Management Information Systems, living and working in Manchester, NH.
Kevin Bisson is the Chief Financial Officer at Dyn where he is responsible for the company’s financial, strategic and long term vision. In this role, Kevin has day-to-day responsibility for the Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Development functions.
Prior to joining Dyn, Kevin spent three years as CFO of Mercury Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRCY), a publicly traded provider of digital signal processing and microwave products for defense applications. At Mercury, Kevin lead the completion of a $200 million debt financing as well as assisting with the completion of several acquisitions. Prior to Mercury, Kevin was CFO of SeaChange International (Nasdaq: SEAC), a publicly traded provider of video on demand software for cable television and telecommunications companies. Previous experience included time as CFO of publicly traded AMSC, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMSC) and Controller and Treasurer of Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACLS), where he lead Axelis’s initial public offering.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Dave Allen is the Senior Vice President at Dyn where he oversees Dyn’s legal team, and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal matters.
Dave is an alumnus of Nixon Peabody LLP, where he practiced in the Global Business Transactions and Private Equity groups. In private practice, he represented strategic and financial buyers and sellers of publicly and privately held businesses and served as outside general counsel to technology companies.
Dave has been recognized as a New England Super Lawyer, Rising Star each year from 2009-2013 by Law and Politics Magazine. He has been recognized by the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association and the Union Leader as one of Forty under 40 emerging leaders in the state.
Dave is a graduate of both the University of New Hampshire and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Kyle York is the Chief Strategy Officer at Dyn where he has been a long-time executive, having joined in 2008. Over the years, he has held go-to-market leadership roles in worldwide sales, marketing, and services. In his current role, Kyle focuses on corporate strategy, including: positioning and evangelism, new markets, strategic alliances and partnerships, M&A, and business development.
As an expert in global Internet and technology trends, Kyle has been featured in USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, TechCrunch, Entrepreneur & Web Hosting Industry Review. He has been a guest speaker at many universities and technology conferences globally, such as Harvard, Bentley, Stetson, Launch, Web Summit, HostingCon, and Interop.
Prior to joining Dyn, Kyle spent nearly six years at SaaS company, WhippleHill Communications, Inc., acquired by Blackbaud Inc. (Nasdaq: BLKB). In addition to his efforts at Dyn, Kyle is also a board member, advisor and investor in several fast growth startups looking to scale including CloudApp, Datanyze, Fastly, and YORK Athletics MFG.
He holds a BS in Marketing from Bentley University and lives in Bedford, NH, with wife, Katie and two sons, Henry and Teddy.
Scott Hilton is the Executive Vice President of Products at Dyn where he is responsible for the management, marketing, strategy, roadmap and business performance for Dyn’s industry-leading portfolio of Internet Performance Management solutions. In addition, he oversees the engineering and product development teams and ensures that Dyn remains a leader in engineering excellence.
Scott specializes in driving growth strategies for product companies, having spent more than 15 years doing just that for SpringTide Networks, Lucent Technologies (Nasdaq: ALU), 3com (Nasdaq: COMS), and Sycamore Networks (Nasdaq: SCMR). At Sycamore, Scott was VP & GM of Mobile Broadband Solutions, responsible for establishing a new business unit, and development and launch of a new content optimization product into the mobile broadband market.
Scott is also an accomplished inventor and entrepreneur. He currently holds two patents in the network space — one for virtual private networks (VPN) automation and the other for mobile location-based services. He is also the founder of Spatial Adventures, a SaaS-based mobile tourism service.
Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and a Master in Science of Electrical Engineering degree from George Mason University. He is also a military veteran, having served as a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy.
He lives in Groton, MA, with his wife and two children.
Chris Reisig is the SVP of Worldwide Sales and Services at Dyn where he is responsible for the global business development operation. Chris leads the domestic and international sales and services functions with an emphasis on Enterprise sales development.
Chris brings more than 20 years of technology and Enterprise sales experience to Dyn. He was most recently at VMTurbo, where he served as SVP Worldwide Sales, and previously at Veracode as SVP Sales and Business Development. During each role he helped the company grow global sales exponentially. He has also served senior leadership sales positions at Kiva Systems and Endeca Technologies. Chris was based internationally at PTC, where he served as Divisional Vice President for both EMEA and APAC, being based in London and Tokyo, respectively.
He earned a Bachelor's degree at Saint Bonaventure University.
Chris Hill is the Senior Vice President of Talent at Dyn where he oversees Dyn’s Global Human Resources function.
Prior to joining Dyn, Chris designed and managed the global HR program for Egenera, a multi-national cloud management and data center infrastructure automation company. Chris has also served in a senior HR leadership capacity for RSA Security, where he lead the development and implementation of key programs in the compensation, benefits, equity and HR technology areas, and played a significant role in several strategic acquisitions by the company leading to its acquisition by EMC. In addition, he has held senior HR roles at Sycamore Networks, TASC, and BTU International.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Merrimack College. He lives in Chelmsford, MA, with his wife Linda and has a son, Derek, and daughter, Jenn.
As VP of Marketing, Josh is responsible for overseeing the global execution of Dyn’s brand & content strategy, corporate communications, demand generation, product marketing & customer marketing programs.
Prior to joining Dyn in 2013, as Director of E-commerce, Josh was VP, Business Development & Sales at Punchbowl.com. Ahead of Punchbowl, Josh spent 7 years as a member of the team that ran SmartBargains.com and founded Rue La La, a members and invitation-only shopping site. During his tenure, he oversaw customer acquisition and helped launch Rue Local into 9 cities across the U.S. Rue La La was acquired by GSI Commerce in 2009.
Josh's wife, Jess, turned her childhood love for horses into a career as a professional horse trainer. Together, with their daughter, Taylor, they are happy to call Verrill Stables home in Danville, NH. Josh is a graduate of the University of Missouri (MIZZOU) where he earned a degree in Marketing.
